I'm planning a decent run tonight after work, probably up Beamsley Beacon and over Round Hill. Stef is flying back up from Southampton tomorrow following her appointment with her consultant last night. The consultant said she can now start some gentle running so we'll be going out for a short trot tomorrow too. Bolton Bridge along the river on nice soft grass towards Bolton Abbey sounds a good option. We've not really got anything else planned but we're due a day out bird watching I think
