Last Friday evening



Me and our Tuss' took our last Friday evening dog walk as Wharfedale residents yesterday. We are off and away very soon now! Ironically we met a couple who told Stef and I to "get a dog if you want one, and don't worry, your lives will change to accommodate it". They were so correct

Comeback (yet again)

One of my Leicester customers, Mohan, said to me last month, that I'd put weight on. "Too many pakoras Andrew probably", he went on, helpfully, "and lay off the aloo paratha", (he knows me well). This led to yet another 'running comeback', and so far I've managed three runs per week for a few weeks. Tussock is always up for a run out, as you might guess!

Debatably the definitive version of a fantastic song written by Errol Dunkley. "Prince" Dennis Brown on fine form and maybe outsinging Gregory Isaacs (!) who performed this on his superlative Cool Ruler album with the Radics Gregory isn't just one of my very favourite reggae singers but is one of my favourite voices per se, so big up DB
